We have been so busy with homeschooling, sharing our mission vision/presentation, and preparing to move. We are already at 30% pledged support and pray it continues on a quick pace so we can get going:)
We recently had the opportunity to attend a Mien church in Seattle, where we were greeted with open and loving arms. The Mien here in the US have huge hearts for their people back in SE Asia. We heard many stories of their past, their struggles and also their hope for their families.
Many Mien travel back to their homeland to share God's love and support them in as many ways as they can. Recently a group went to one of the closed access nations to teach and train pastors of many villages. It was a huge success. But there are not many Mien here, with most living abroad.
Our desire to serve the Mien in Thailand continues to be affirmed and our love for them continues to grow. Please consider praying for us and the Mien people as we are obedient to God's calling on our lives to serve.
